Iona and Jon's wedding was a timing challenge. Jon is in the military, stationed on the East coast, and was awaiting confirmation of his leave. Iona and family were doing their best to plan the wedding without knowing the actual wedding date. A little stressful! One from the archives. This was my very first wedding, shot back in 2007. The couple wanted their wedding to be cowboy themed and held it at Calico Ghost Town. The performers at Calico Ghost Town all participated in the event, holding the groom at gunpoint and dragging him to the church in chains. The local undertaker served as the officiant. Nobody broke character during the whole event. Even though it was blazing hot and the sun was straight overhead, we all had a great time! Read more [...]
